The crowd 人群A crowd of 一群，很多的crowds of 很多的crowd v. 擠滿，擁擠crowded 擁擠的 形容人潮擁擠：There is crowded.The street is crowded.The place is crowded.等等 我們說The rich 富人們The poor 窮人們使用定冠詞+形容詞 來表示某一種群組的人們而The crowded , a crowded應是如上例，當成名詞來用，惟crowded 指的是空間的情況，是抽象的意義，非如人或物是具體的，在加上冠詞後，又形成何種意義？指人或指物或地方？未看過這種用法，在多本字典內也查不到，我認為是不正確的。

有這個用法:
形容詞最高級+ (one) + of + N   <--- (one可省略) 
= 名詞 of 名詞
所以本句的the most international (one)
是由省略one而轉變成名詞.
