雖然和網友聊天是沒有關西的，
但是 我覺得還是不要告訴他你自己私人的資料...
對於他所問的是否他去學國文或是你去學英文，
這個問題我覺得你不要去信他的話
而且因該是沒有人說一定要去學哪種類的語言吧！
像你們這樣的談話就因該可以對話了呀
根本沒必要再去學
我之前也有交網友，也是沒幾天就叫我寶貝 捨麼的
之後我就不再跟他聊嘞
這是我的作法
因為我不喜歡別人亂叫我 而且根本就不是很熟的狀況
一個禮拜就這樣的話 我覺得事有點怪怪的
一個正常人是不會認識一周就叫別人捨麼之類的
如果你不喜歡 你可以跟他說
是 或許他有可能是真想交朋友 或是詐騙的
你都不可以把你的身分證...之類的告訴他
別害怕喇~~

奇怪，快到期了還沒有人回答，“I Am Nothing At All" 回答了好幾個類似的問題，他一定是看漏了這一題。

你打錯了好幾個字。所以有的我是猜的，不多，應該不會影響病歷原意。
=======================================================
Type 2 diabetics mellitus 糖尿病
L-spinal 坐脊骨 （腰脊骨下面的脊骨）
S/P status post 現況是
foley tube 導尿管
GCS : Glasgow coma scale 神智測試
NG tube Nasogastric tube 灌食管
neutrophil 中性粒細胞，白血球的一種
BUN : blood urea nitrogen 血中的尿素氮
EKG : Electrocardiogram 心電圖
CXR : Chest X-Ray  肺X光
主訴：自昨天開始有發燒。
病史：根據病人的家屬描述，89歲的病人過去有糖尿病，坐脊骨
有壓縮裂縫，要用導尿管排尿。病人說她沒有定期服藥來控制。
這個下午她被送到急診室是因為她有間歇性發燒。我們為她做了GCS；測試的結果是 E4V3M5。沒有反胃，嘔吐或臉色發紫。從灌食管反抽看到咖啡色殘渣，人很虛弱。
血化驗的結果是：
    破碎的中性粒細胞：83%，尿素氮 91.6 mg/dl，
肌酐 6.4 mg/dl，糖 114mg/dl，納 127 mEg/L。
尿的結果是：
氮：1+，紅血球：40-50，細菌：2+
O.B：2+(0.2)mg/dl，酮：+/- mg/dl，
G/u：（150）mg/dl，蛋白質：3+(300)mg/dl。
心電圖顯示從 S 到 T 的電波不明晰，肺X光顯示心臟肥大。
我們懷疑她有消化性潰瘍和尿道感染，所以把她從急診室送到病房，以便做進一步的檢查與處理。

The weather has been cold since a few days ago.
All my friends are sick except me. That's a good news.
1. People feel powerless under this wet weather. I don't want to do any exercise
except for work. Even a big shopper like me have no interest going out.
2. I plan to travel overseas this October. Is there any museum or heritage that
must be visited?
3. Summer is hot in Taiwan unlike Shanghi and Beijing but I think a good traveller
don't whinge about its weather.
4. There is a plenty of delicious food in Taiwan and what I recommend is the
Taiwanese people. This is because we don't even need maps in Taiwan since all
the enthusiastic locals will tell you everything they know.

But...Cheeks!! Okay, I kind of feel like the production and everything felt a little like a cruise ship version of that song.....
 
首先"cheeks"是英國人的一種表示法,意思是"太隨便了"."不尊敬".
 
Nicole說:可是,這首歌唱得太隨便了,我有點覺得妳剛才表演的制作和一切感覺起來就像是在郵輪上聽到的那種一般音樂一般.(就好像是elevator music電梯音樂一般).
其他的評審就極不贊同,尤其是Sharon更說"This is riduculous",妳在胡扯什麼?
其實每個人對這首歌的感受是不同的,Sam已經唱得很棒,但原唱的Whitney Houston實在也太厲害了,Nicole因從小就喜歡這首歌,也崇拜原唱者,所以才會有這樣的批評.
