It's Moon Festival today. People go on barbecues whenever it's Moon Festival. Although typhoon Usagi strikes during this four-day-holiday, our excitement about the barbecue won't be put out.
Today we had barbecue while enjoying the marvelous sight of the moon. It was very delighting.
On the second day, we went chatting and playing games at a friend's house. We ate a lot, too. What a great holiday!
The typhoon struck on the third day, and it's very heavy. I really hope this typhoon won't devastate Taiwan anymore!

這也先幫您拆解分割一下會比較易懂：
 
Love is an art  which needs to be learned  if it is to be practiced well.
 愛是一門 若要被妥善地實行則需要被學習的 藝術。
Love is an art.  =   愛是一門藝術。
這應該不難懂。
基本上，這個句子分成兩部分：
1.  Love is an art.
2. which......if......well.
 
現在真對第2.部分講解：
"which" 這個連接詞 直接接在art後面，意思就是說which後面講的東西是針對art在講的（有點補充art的意味），而對於"art"它講了：needs to be learned (是需要被學習的)，所以，"art"後接"which needs to be learned" 就是指："需要被學習的藝術"。
換句話說，您可以想像講這句之前有人問過："Which art?"  您則可以用這句給予回應："The one which needs to be learned."
至於 if　以後：
"if...." 只是在延伸which後面接的部分而已，中文翻譯就是直接在前面加上 "若...."
總歸：英文是" A if  B"   中文就是：若 B 則 A. 
practice 做為動詞，就是實行，實踐的意思，而well應該都很清楚，我是覺得翻譯成"妥善地實行＂比較順，當然您也可以將它翻譯為＂好好的實行＂。

幫您做個分割可能會比較易懂：
 The divorce clauses basically deal with  who gets what should the marriage not work out.
翻譯:
 離婚協議書基本上是在定義 在婚姻不成功的情況下 誰能得到什麼  的協議。
(同色相對應)
"deal with"：
這是一個在英文中非常好用的片語，其意思廣得不得了，基本意思為: "處理"。
視情況，可表達各種意義，因為不同的情況，處理的方式一定不同，而很多時候只要用"deal with" 即可"蒙混"過去不用太需要確切解釋在"處理"什麼，一般視情況任誰都知道處理的方式為何了。
例如在此句子中，"deal with" 用在"divorce clause(離婚協議書)"這個主詞上,很顯然就是在說離婚協議書 "處理" 什麼，而我們都知道離婚協議書就是在 "定義...協議" 的！
所以，這個情況下： (在這就省略basically (基本上)了，這個只是助詞而已，跟中文一樣，不是太重要，您大概也懂)
The divorce clause deals with.....
離婚協議書是在定義........的協議。
"who gets what"：
gets 相信您也知道，意思就是"得到"的意思，句子如上分割，應該能比較好理解了。
"who gets what" 就是 "誰能得到什麼"。
 在此情況，當然就是指：離婚後，原來的丈夫那方離婚後能得到什麼，原妻子那方能得到什麼。（也不用特別說明裡面的who指什麼，what指什麼，這些應該在協議書的內文會提到吧！）
"should...."
在這裡，"should"並不是大家熟悉的"應該"。 
"Should...." 意思是:  "在....的情況下" 
這對沒用過的人來講比較特別，可能要記一下。
當然，"should..."  跟其中文 "在....的情況下"  並不能獨立行成一個句子，肯定後面還會接東西，或者是接前面的東西的。
所以，".... should the marriage not work out" 義指："... 在婚姻不成功的情況下"

I finished my journey to Yellowstone National Park. Recalling three months ago, the first day I was truly nervous to come to Yellowstone National Park. I was afraid of having problems on communication with you guys and could not fit into the whole new environment.
However, you guys always actively greeted me with smiles and invited me out. Such sweet behaviors made me feel really relaxed. Three months later, my English had been improved by being with you guys. I had a lots great memory here. It was hard to say goodbye with you.
Thank you for tolerating my poor English ability which made me has difficulty understanding what you talked about. You understood my homesickness. Also because Taiwan was not an English-speaking country, you patiently slowed your talking speed, explained and made me understand what you talked about. If I had some questions about my work, you would be by my side and helped me out. You are really nice guys. I am glad to know each one of you and become your friend. I have heaps of great memory in fishing bridge, Yellowstone National Park, 2013. I’ll miss you. Keep in touch with you guys.
